Santiam Place Policies
1. Amount to be paid in full by date of event. Any cancellations of your bookings will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee. Amount of $125 to be paid within first 60 days. This would include any unforeseen sickness or death that you would have to cancel your event. Any unpaid amount remaining after the event will be charged an additional 10%. If date is rescheduled, monies paid will go towards new rental date. This rental agreement may be terminated by giving written notice to Santiam Place 90 days in advance. $50 Non-refundable deposit required to hold date.
2.   Renter agrees to pay $ per hour for hours.
There is a three hour minimum rental for larger indoor events at $300 for first three hours. Any additional time using facility will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. Indoor Weddings & Receptions are $600 for first three hours and $50 per hour after that. Outdoor/Indoor events are $750 for first three hours and $50.00 per hour for each additional hour. Small Conference Room - $15 per hour (no kitchen use)
3. Security/ Replacement Deposit of $50 received by date .   Renter has examined the premises and accepts the same as being clean, in good order, condition and repair with the following exceptions:
All items must be left cleaned and in good condition as found. Tablecloths may be left soiled with any food, wax, and other decorations removed.
Additional fees may be charged if items or premises or facility are found in poor repair, broken, mishandled, missing, or dirty
 
 
Santiam Place Restrictions
  • No alcohol to be taken out of front of building.
    • No alcohol allowed in parking lot.
    • Alcohol consumed by those 21 and older only.
    • No Alcohol en frente o' en el estacionamient
  • Please do not pick flowers
    • or pull limbs off trees, shrubs or flowers
    • Stay out of flower beds
  • Do not pick up, throw or move any rock
  • No glitter or confetti used in decorating
  • Use bubbles instead of rice or bird seed
  • Do not lean on canopies
  • Do not carve or deface any items
  • Toys, books and movies will be picked up and put back into place
  • No outside people (public) may be invited into your event.
    • You have rented the facility for your private party and it is closed to the public
  • Any fire pits, turkey cookers or outside cooking equipment (other than BBQ grills) need to be authorized to be brought in by the owner
  • No climbing onto any fences, gates or other structures
  • No Pets
  • No tape, pins, screws, nails or staples on any painted surface
  • No loud music after 10 PM
  • No chafing dishes with lit sterno on tablecloths
By submitting this form, I agree to follow these restrictions and to inform my guests to the best of my ability. I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused by any guest or family member at my event. I agree that I will make restitution for any damages or breakage caused during my event.
