Types
of Events:
Weddings, small concerts and forums, guest speakers, meetings, receptions,
dinners, private partys, fund raising activities, Family and Class
Reunions, outdoor weddings, retreats, family and company picnics,
classes, memorial services.
Seating Capacity: Sanctuary will seat up to 100, small meeting room
will hold 30 with chairs only or 20 with tables and chairs. Main kitchen/dining
area will hold up to 60 people seated at 6 foot tables. Outdoor backyard
will hold up to 300 guests for weddings. Wireless internet is now
available.
Outdoor
Facilities:
Outdoor events (other than weddings or wedding receptions)
are $450 for the first 3 hours and $50 an hour after that. The large
back yard is totally enclosed for your event. Outside electrical outlets
now installed.

& Blair authorized dealer.
For your
special events and for your business, we are now an authorized dealer
of promotional products. Now you can order personalized pens, mugs,
calendars, sacks, lanyards and much more for your special events and
for your business.
We also can provide custom t-shirts for your event. Call us today

Availability & Terms:
*Available Monday through Saturday. Church services held on Sundays.
*Basic price for rent of hall is $50.00 per hour.
*Basic price for small conference room is $15.00, which includes,
microwave, sink, refrigerator, larger wipe off board, tables &
chairs .Use of main Kitchen is not included with rent of small conference
room.
*Weddings: Inside there is a 3 hour minimum at $450.00 for first 3
hours with $50.00 for each additional hour. $600.00 first three hours
for combined inside and outside events.
*Additional staffing of your event available at basic fee of $50.00
per hour.
*You must include set up and clean up and rehearsal times in your
rental hours.
Parking:
Off the street parking and on the street parking available. Parking
attendants NOT provided.
ADA:
Building is wheelchair accessible and has ADA restroom.
Services:
Rental of the facility for larger events includes the use of the building
and the grounds. Small conference room can be rented separately.

19 6-foot tables
5 60-inch round tables
100 place settings of Stoneware and utensils (glasses are not provided)

use of the new kitchen with assorted serving pieces and trays, bowls,
cooking utensils, spices, small appliances.
For the bridal party, the Ladies restroom and adjoining
parlor is stocked with
iron and ironing board, hair dryer, thread/needle/scissors, lotion,
safety pins, band-aids, deodorant, large mirrors and a place to get
ready for your special day.
Set Up and Clean Up:
Is the responsibility of the renter. Set up and clean up are available
for an hourly fee. Decorations and equipment must be removed immediately
following your event. Trash must be deposited in the receptables provided
by Santiam Place.
Ceremony Accessories:
We have a Wedding Services book that is filled with information and
business cards from...

We also have a white arch with greenery and lights, basic table centerpiece,
limited decorations.
Tables
& Chair Rentals.
Now offering tables and chairs for rent.
-6 foot resin Tables $10.00 per table per day
-Padded metal folding chairs $1.50 per day
-Tablecloths $3.00 each per day. Tablecloths fit the 6 foot tables
above. Some round tablecloths available.
-Coffee Pots $5.00 per day
There will be a sliding scale fee for delivery charges
depending upon amount of pieces rented and location of delivery site.
