1. This rental agreement may be terminated by giving written notice
60 days in advance.
2. Renter agrees to pay $______ per hour for _________hours. Weddings
hours: Inside first 3 hours is $450.00 with $50.00 each hour after
that (minimum 3 hours) and building manager/additional staff to
assist is $50.00 per hour. Combined inside/outside weddings and
other events; first 3 hours is $600.00.
3. Any additional time using facility will be charged at a rate
of $50.00 per hour.
4. Security/Cleaning/ Replacement deposit of $125.00 Received by

5. Renter has examined the premises and accepts the same as being
clean, in good order, condition and repair with the
following exceptions:____________________________________________
6. No animal, bird or pets allowed on or in the premises without
prior written consent of the Landlord, or as allowed by law.
7. Renter shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with other
renters of the building or neighbors, nor use the premises
for any unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor
commit waste or nuisance upon or about the premises.
8. Renter agrees to comply with all rules or regulations posted
on the premise and/or delivered to renter by the Landlord.
9. Renter agrees to leave premises clean and in condition as first
found.
10. Owner or their authorized representative may enter the premises
at any time without securing prior permission from Renter
for the purposes of making corrections or repairs to alleviate any
shortcomings or emergency.
11. Renter shall not let or sublet all or any part of the premises
nor assign this agreement or any interest in it without the prior
written consent of the Landlord.
12. If any legal action or proceddsing be brought by either party
to enforce any part of this agreement, the prevaililng party
shall recover in addition to all other relief, reasonable attorneys
fees and costs.
13. The renter is encouraged to review homeowners policies for coverage
of any activities they are involved in. Please provide a Certificate
of Insurance copy to us showing that you have your own liability
insurance for your event.
14. Set up and clean up is not included in the rental fee, and is
the responsibililty of the renter. Set up/clean up available at
a rate of $50.00 per hour.
15. Amount to be paid in full before event. Any cancellations of
your bookings less than 60 days in advance will be charged
a $125.00 non-refundable fee. This would include any unforseen sickness
or death that you would have to cancel your event.
16. The undersigned renter acknowledges having read the foregoing
prior to execution and receipt of a copy and agree to all items.

All items must be left cleaned and in good condition as found. Tablecloths
may be left soiled, if food, wax, sprinkles and other
decorations have been removed.
Additional fees may be charged if items or premises or facility are
found in poor repair/broken/mishandled/missing/dirty.
